Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary clinical provider, engaging with clients both virtually and in the community to deliver evidence-based mental health services.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings, developing individual care plans that are tailored to address each client's unique circumstances, challenges, and strengths.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, providing focused interventions that enable clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain a seamless continuum of care, ensuring effective communication among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness and facilitate recovery.
  • Provide on-call support as required, helping clients in crisis situations to stabilize and access necessary resources.
  • Participate in organizational committees to enhance service delivery and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals displaying symptoms of significant mental health issues, including those from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances. Qualifications
