This position primarily focuses on serving young children with disabilities or developmental delays, particularly those aged birth to three years. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be instrumental in supporting families navigating the early developmental stages, ensuring that each child's unique needs are adequately addressed through individualized plans.
Qualifications- A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Connecticut Department of Public Health is essential.
- A valid driver's license is required to facilitate potential home visits or community engagements.
- Confidence in adapting treatment strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
