Compensation: Executive-level package

Range: $310k USD to $390k base + bonus + long-term equity participation


We are partnering with a globally recognised precision medicine organisation to appoint a Corporate VP, Chief Compliance Officer.


This organisation operates at the intersection of molecular diagnostics, laboratory medicine, and data-driven oncology, supporting clinicians, researchers, and pharmaceutical partners worldwide. With significant growth and an expanding global footprint, the business is continuing to invest in enterprise leadership roles that ensure the highest standards of regulatory integrity, governance, and ethical operations.


The Chief Compliance Officer will play a central role in shaping and advancing the organisation’s enterprise-wide compliance and ethics framework across a complex and highly regulated healthcare environment.


This is a strategic leadership role with direct visibility to executive leadership and board-level governance, operating at the intersection of healthcare regulation, public company obligations, and operational decision-making.


The Role


The Corporate VP, Chief Compliance Officer will lead the design, evolution, and execution of the company’s enterprise compliance program, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and public company governance standards.


Key elements include:


  • Leading and continuously strengthening the organisation’s enterprise compliance and ethics program
  • Providing independent compliance reporting and advisory support to executive leadership and board governance structures
  • Overseeing compliance across healthcare regulatory frameworks, laboratory operations, and public company obligations
  • Ensuring alignment with regulations including CLIA, CAP, FDA requirements, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and the False Claims Act
  • Overseeing transparency obligations including Physician Payments Sunshine Act / CMS Open Payments
  • Supporting compliance related to HIPAA, data privacy, and healthcare information governance
  • Leading a multidisciplinary compliance organisation and partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Privacy, IT, and Commercial leadership
  • Providing strategic guidance during government inquiries, regulatory engagement, and internal investigations


This leader will operate as a trusted executive advisor, balancing regulatory integrity with pragmatic decision-making in a rapidly evolving precision medicine environment.


The Ideal Profile


We are seeking a senior compliance leader who brings a strong combination of healthcare regulatory depth, executive maturity, and operational pragmatism.


Key characteristics include:


  • 15+ years of progressive experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory leadership roles within healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences
  • Demonstrated experience operating within a public company governance environment
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks, including laboratory and diagnostics regulations
  • Experience interacting with executive leadership teams, board committees, and external regulators
  • A track record of building and leading enterprise compliance programs in complex healthcare organisations
  • Ability to partner effectively with legal, finance, operational, and commercial leadership teams


Experience within molecular diagnostics, clinical laboratories, precision medicine, or healthcare services organisations is strongly preferred.


Advanced legal training (JD) or recognised compliance certifications are considered advantageous.
