Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position, where mental health counselors have the flexibility to design their own work schedules. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized counseling services via secure video chat, supporting emotionally struggling adults in their journey toward mental wellness.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess emotional and mental disorders, including grief, anxiety, and stress-related challenges.
• Encourage clients to express their feelings and experiences, facilitating a deeper understanding of themselves and their interpersonal relationships.
• Craft and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to clients' needs, utilizing your clinical expertise to guide sessions.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed, helping individuals develop healthy coping strategies.
• Navigate and utilize our comprehensive case management system to document treatment efficiently without compromising client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary client base will consist of stable adults seeking support in navigating various emotional challenges. Our meticulous screening process ensures that only clients with low acuity reach you, allowing you to provide targeted and effective therapeutic interventions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of an active, independent license in clinical social work (LICSW). Note: We do not accept limited or provisional licenses, ensuring our clients receive service from seasoned professionals.
• Strong computer literacy and comfortable use of telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools.

Preferred Experience

In addition to the qualifications listed, candidates with experience in working with adult clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues will be highly valued.
