Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will engage in various essential activities, including:

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current and unrestricted license in the state of Washington, specifically either:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
    • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • No limited or provisional licenses, nor any recent disciplinary actions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong empathetic disposition.
  • Proficiency in technology with strong computer literacy skills.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, candidates with additional experience in teletherapy and knowledge of various therapeutic modalities will be viewed favorably. Applicants who demonstrate a background in trauma-informed care or have specialized training in specific mental health issues may also stand out for this role.
