As a Remote Customer Sales Representative, your key role includes developing customer relationships, implementing success, contributing to sales efforts and acting as a customer advocate within our organization – ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented and motivated to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

  • Support clients by understanding their needs and offering accurate product recommendations and guidance.
  • Proactively engage with customers to provide support, guidance, and education on life and health insurance policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options.
  • Assist new clients with policy enrollment and other documentation
  • Coordinate with other team members to provide seamless service to clients.
