As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual counseling sessions with clients via video chat to assess and improve their mental health.
• Facilitating discussions that allow clients to explore their emotions and experiences, thereby helping them gain insight into themselves and their interpersonal relationships.
• Actively advocating for clients by assisting them in setting and achieving personal therapeutic goals.
• Evaluating client mental health conditions and formulating comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

The clients you will work with have been carefully screened to ensure their stability, representing low acuity cases. This focused approach enables you to provide effective, compassionate care without the challenges associated with severe mental health disorders. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and active state license as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in good standing.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, possess a sympathetic nature, and be proficient with technology. Previous experience in remote therapy platforms and working with diverse populations is highly desirable.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your working hours and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we also offer:
