Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients via video conferencing to facilitate their mental health improvement.
• Helping clients articulate and explore their emotions and experiences, guiding them towards greater self-awareness and relationship insights.
• Acting as a client advocate, assisting them in identifying personal goals and navigating their therapeutic journeys.
• Assessing clients’ mental health conditions and collaboratively developing comprehensive treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies and your clinical expertise.
• Maintaining clear and accurate clinical documentation within our therapy platform to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Healing Orbits Inc., you will primarily work with a patient population of stable adults presenting with low-acuity mental health concerns. Our clients have been thoroughly pre-screened prior to booking sessions with you, ensuring that you engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships with individuals who genuinely seek support. This targeted approach not only enhances treatment effectiveness but also allows you to focus on the areas where you can make the most impact.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, full licensure by the state board to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, sympathetic nature tailored for effective client relationships.
• Proficiency with computers and technology, particularly in utilizing online platforms for therapy sessions and client management.

Preferred Experience

Applicants should have a minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical or community setting, preferably with a focus on adult mental health. Experience working in a telehealth capacity is a plus, as it will equip you with valuable skills for working in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
