As a member of our telehealth team, you will be equipped with a full-featured online platform that serves as your personal office. This platform enables you to manage bookings, conduct video sessions, and maintain client communications seamlessly.

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients through video chat, focusing on effective communication and therapeutic support.
• Diagnose and treat a range of emotional and mental disorders, including anxiety, grief, depression, and stress management.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and strategies to help clients manage their mental health concerns effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to clients, educating them on coping mechanisms and decision-making skills to enhance their well-being.
• Complete documentation and treatment notes efficiently, utilizing the platform to minimize administrative burdens.

Your client base will primarily consist of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. Each client is pre-screened to ensure suitability for virtual counseling, enabling you to focus on delivering quality care without the challenges associated with high-acuity cases. This model allows you to affect positive change for clients who are motivated and eager to improve their mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in your state.
• Proficient computer literacy and comfort using telehealth technology to facilitate virtual visits.

• Demonstrated experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating adult mental health issues.
• Strong communication skills with a client-centered approach to care.
• Prior experience using telehealth platforms in a mental health setting is preferred but not required.

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000, depending on your commitment and hours worked.
