  • Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) as a foundational tool for diagnosis and treatment planning, ensuring evidence-based interventions are employed effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, treatment records, and reports using current health technology to comply with regulatory standards, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback, actively fostering a safe environment for open discussion and collaboration.
  • Develop robust treatment objectives in partnership with patients and their families, emphasizing proactive strategies for patient safety and symptom alleviation.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, coordinating referral options and maintaining productive relationships with external clinical networks.
  • Mentor and educate interns, students, and volunteers, promoting a culture of learning and professional development within the team.
