Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose the mental health status of patients, utilizing the latest tools and methodologies including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, integrating cultural diversity and specific patient needs to foster effective healing.
- Monitor and evaluate each patient’s progress regularly, adjusting care strategies and employing appropriate therapeutic interventions to enhance mental health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical information in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring the use of current technology for efficient documentation.
- Work collaboratively with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans, actively involving them in the care process to ensure alignment with their goals.
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers and referral agencies to enhance treatment options and support patient care, establishing robust networks to benefit patients.

Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
