• Conduct thorough assessments: Engage with clients to understand their mental health concerns, background, and personal history, using standardized assessment tools for accurate diagnosis.
• Create individualized treatment plans: Based on diagnostic insights and ongoing evaluations, develop tailored treatment strategies that address each client's unique challenges and goals.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions: Conduct individual or group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and culturally competent strategies, helping clients to explore their emotions and develop coping mechanisms.
• Monitor progress: Regularly review client progress against treatment goals, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals: Provide referrals and coordinate care with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation: Ensure timely and precise documentation in electronic health record systems, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds and cultural contexts, allowing you to employ a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to their specific needs and preferences. The integration of cultural competence into our care delivery is fundamental, ensuring that every client feels respected and understood.

• Education: A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Currently licensed as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
• Experience: A minimum of four years of direct mental health counseling experience, with a proven track record of successful treatment outcomes.
• Skills: Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques, along with excellent crisis intervention skills.

• Experience working within a telehealth environment and proficiency in using EHR systems for managing patient information.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver culturally responsive individual and group therapy tailored to varied demographics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
