The Role:
The MHP Americas Finance Innovation and Optimization Business Field (BF-FIO) Lead is expected to build the S/4HANA Finance capability in North America and foster its continued growth within our Digital Supply Chain service unit. The BF-FIO Lead requires an entrepreneurial mindset and must have proven experience scaling a consulting practice. This position is responsible for the strategic direction for MHP America's FIO consulting services and will be required to set actionable objectives for the organization, create a culture of accountability, and take a hands-on leadership approach to execution. Our customers and the value we offer is central to everything we do. The BF-FIO lead will be required to ensure the quality of our services for our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new customers, develop new business opportunities, and continuously adjust our existing and future offerings according to market demands.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall strategic direction to SAP Finance and Controlling capability
  • Deliver to our existing and future clients the SAP FI/CO portfolio which includes, but is not limited to, SAP S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, Business Planning & Consolidation, and Revenue Accounting & Reporting
  • Design and implement innovative solutions for our clients leveraging best practices in business processes and SAP
  • Lead pursuits and develop business at new and existing clients
  • Manage large projects at key accounts
  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers to actively shape the future of mobility and manufacturing
  • Recruit and retain top talent
  • Ensure the development of the most relevant and innovative skills and capabilities within the team
  • Develop and advance MHP's reputation within the North American marketplace

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's degree is preferred)

Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in the consulting industry
  • 5+ years of experience implementing SAP's Finance solutions
  • Certification(s) from SAP in Finance and/or Controlling
  • Strong domain expertise in the business area of Finance & Controlling
  • Ability to craft innovative, strategic solutions to complex problems within the finance domain
  • Project management experience including project planning, financials, resource management, change management, and risk management for medium-to-large SAP implementations
  • Proven ability to grow and manage a business unit of 10+ professionals
  • Hands-on S/4 HANA Finance implementation experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the Automotive sector preferred

Percentage of travel required: up to 100%

The salary range for this role is $115,000-$150,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP, the compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
