Job Title: Virtual Resource RN - In-Office Command Center
Location: Brentwood, TN (Nashville Area)
  • Location: On-Site at our Virtual Care Center in Brentwood, TN (No remote option)
  • Schedule: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
  • Incentives: Competitive Hourly Rate + Night Shift Differential + Sign-On Bonus (for PM positions only)!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a virtual expert clinician supporting originating hospital sites, emergency departments, ICUs, step-down units, skilled nursing facilities, and even patient homes.
  • Conduct remote clinical monitoring, assessments, and rapid interventions using EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
  • Mentor, guide, and support bedside nursing staff on clinical workflows and evidence-based protocols.
  • Coordinate care across multi-disciplinary remote and on-site clinical teams.

REQUIREMENTS
  • RN License: Active TN or Unencumbered Compact Nursing License (ACLS & BLS required).
  • Experience: 5+ years of current Acute Care, ICU, or Step-Down nursing experience.
  • Leadership: 1+ year directing clinical workflows or hospital staff (Charge Nurse, Preceptor, etc.).
  • Tech Savvy: Strong working knowledge of computer documentation systems (Epic, Cerner, or Meditech).
