Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that guide their therapeutic journey.
  • Provide individualized, one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing issues that include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, fostering a community of support and psychoeducation to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.
  • Develop actionable, personalized treatment strategies that set clear, measurable goals and incorporate evidence-based interventions.
  • Respond to clients in crisis by providing immediate support, executing risk assessments, and coordinating emergency interventions when necessary.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training workshops and staying abreast of the latest advances in mental health care.
  • Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive, integrated approach to client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
