Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, informing the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual counseling sessions focused on a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, including support groups or psychoeducational workshops, to enhance client engagement and provide collective support.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals and clinical interventions designed to promote client stability and recovery.
• Provide crisis intervention services, assess risk factors during acute situations, and coordinate necessary emergency responses to ensure client safety.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with mental health trends and best practices, enhancing your skills and expertise.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
