  • Engage in comprehensive assessments to uncover the root causes of clients' challenges, facilitating effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the full spectrum of care required for their recovery journey.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans catering to the diverse backgrounds and personal experiences of clients, respecting their individuality while promoting healing.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, team members, and external partners, ensuring a supportive and respectful environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide counseling services for a diverse clientele, addressing mental health conditions and behaviors related to substance abuse, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to empathize and connect with individuals with differing cultural, social, and economic circumstances will be essential.

Qualifications
  • You must possess a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • To qualify, you must hold active licenses as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • You should have no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including minority groups.
  • Previous experience providing virtual counseling services is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and case management tools.
