Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical assessments, ensuring they align with the unique needs and goals of each client.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a current LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in social work or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to effectively counsel and advise clients and families.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop dynamic and effective treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
