• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to comprehensively understand each client’s mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, skillfully adapting methods to suit each client’s unique circumstances and preferences.
• Set clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and actively monitor their progression throughout the treatment process.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer remote sessions for clients who prefer virtual interactions or encounter access issues.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation to uphold ethical and regulatory standards required for mental health professionals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest advancements in therapy practices.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to forge trusting relationships with clients.
• A respectful, empathetic approach to client interactions, maintaining a non-judgmental stance towards their experiences.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to effectively navigate a caseload and uphold administrative duties.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory; newly licensed professionals will also be considered.
• Experience with teletherapy systems is an advantage, enhancing your flexibility in serving clients.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities that can be adapted to meet client needs.

• Competitive annual salary between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
