• Conduct therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring a professional and empathetic environment for discussions.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues. They have pre-scheduled appointments and come to you seeking professional guidance on managing their mental health challenges. This demographic allows for a focused approach, ensuring you can provide impactful support without the urgency often found in crisis situations.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic documentation systems, with strong computer literacy.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex situations and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, although not required.

• Annual salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000, based on experience, for this full-time position.
