• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy within a culturally responsive and strengths-focused framework, ensuring inclusivity in therapeutic practices.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to understand client needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.
• Offer case management services and appropriate referrals, leveraging knowledge of community resources and social systems to support client goals.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with clinical standards, ethical guidelines, and state licensing requirements, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in weekly clinical team meetings, actively participate in peer consultations, and pursue ongoing training to expand your therapeutic expertise.
• Deliver crisis intervention when necessary, coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care for clients in distress.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic and skilled at working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Nevada or be eligible for licensure within 90 days of hire.
• At least two years of clinical experience in outpatient, community mental health, or medical settings is preferred.
• Proven diagnostic, therapeutic, and documentation skills are essential.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and virtual therapy platforms is a strong advantage.
• A deep commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and client-centered care is mandatory.

• Experience working with specific populations such as children or culturally diverse clients.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities you can employ to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
