• Provide individualized counseling services rooted in established psychological and developmental theories to address the needs of clients across various demographics, including adults, families, and groups.
• Deliver psychoeducation sessions that inform clients about mental health conditions, emotional challenges, and suitable coping mechanisms.
• Engage in regular case management activities, participating in staffing and case conferences as needed, with or without client participation, to ensure comprehensive support.
• Facilitate development and adjustment in clients’ personal lives, helping them navigate relationship issues and manage symptoms related to cognitive, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct follow-ups and outreach efforts to promote continuity of care and gauge client progression post-therapy.
• Develop and implement transition, discharge, and aftercare plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring they receive proper support as therapy concludes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, documenting all interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment through regular assessments, client feedback, and necessary adjustments to the service plans.

Our client population comprises diverse individuals, including adults and children experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. • A full and unrestricted LMHC license in good standing within the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• A Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health discipline from an accredited institution.
• Proven organizational skills, enthusiasm for learning, and excellent communication abilities.
• A strong capacity to receive and integrate feedback to continuously improve therapeutic approaches.
• Effective time management skills, enabling you to handle a varied caseload efficiently.

• Experience working within community health settings, particularly in remote environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 101,000, reflecting your experience and contributions.
