Melodic Mind Diagnostic and Integrated Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team, providing vital support in our Detox Center. As a part of our organization, you will engage with individuals struggling with chemical dependency, ensuring they receive comprehensive care through targeted treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing case management.

This is a full-time position operating remotely, providing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while having a crucial impact on the lives of our patients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake and psychosocial assessments to establish a clear understanding of each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Develop and present individualized treatment plans during clinical case conferences, actively soliciting feedback from the CDRP/S treatment team to refine care strategies.
  • Facilitate educational lectures focused on chemical dependency, utilizing current research and engaging teaching methods to enhance patient understanding of their conditions.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services centered on chemical dependency, deploying evidence-based therapeutic techniques and best practices.
  • Administer therapy sessions tailored to specific populations, including adolescents, significant others, and families, fostering a supportive and healing environment.
  • Offer case management services that include coordinating referrals and resources to support each patient’s recovery journey effectively.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will focus on patients battling various forms of chemical dependency. This includes working with individuals at different stages of their recovery, assisting them through detoxification and stabilization, and providing ongoing support through therapy and case management services. Your contributions will play a critical part in improving patient outcomes by equipping them with the skills and resources necessary for lasting recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
  • Possession of a current LCSW license in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervised post-graduate experience in addiction medicine therapy within the last 5 years.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting is preferred and may enhance your ability to deliver specialized care.
  • Familiarity with telehealth practices, especially in providing remote therapy sessions, is a plus.
