Within this dynamic remote environment, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, engage with clients through virtual platforms, and ensure our clients' needs are met through tailored interventions and support strategies.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind & Soul Therapy, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify and evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, thereby informing tailored service plans.
• Developing and implementing individualized service plans that set clear goals, define necessary interventions, and include regular progress monitoring.
• Providing compassionate counseling and support to both individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed care approach to address their unique situations.
• Engaging with clients to collaboratively design personalized service strategies and effectively connect them with relevant community resources.
• Offering crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients in urgent situations.
• Collaborating with external agencies and community organizations to coordinate services and advocate effectively for clients' needs.
• Participating in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about available resources and promoting agency services.
• Attending case conferences, team meetings, and participation in ongoing staff training to ensure high-quality service delivery and team cohesion.

Your primary focus will be on vulnerable populations encountering significant life challenges. Clients may include individuals experiencing mental health issues, substance use disorders, domestic violence situations, and various socioeconomic challenges. Understanding these complexities will empower you to make informed decisions and facilitate impactful change.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Profound understanding of social justice issues, community dynamics, and trauma-informed methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, cultural competence, and a problem-solving mindset.

While not required, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:
