The Opportunity
ย We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth, expand market share, and develop strategic partnerships across key national and regional healthcare accounts. This role drives the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close and works closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure client success. You will also provide leadership to our Inside Sales Team, ensuring strong pipeline development and professional growth opportunities for team members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Identify, cultivate, and close opportunities with key healthcare accounts.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships.
  • Lead contract negotiations and secure operational alignment on new business.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine value propositions and improve client onboarding.
  • Oversee Inside Sales to ensure consistent lead generation and pipeline quality.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting and strategic planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred).
  • 5โ€“7 years of proven success in healthcare sales, with national account experience.
  • Experience with Remote Care Management โ€“ Digital Population Health, CCM, PCM, RPM, BHI, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills and track record building high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales technologies.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Work Location, Shift & Schedule

Occasional travel may be required to off-site locations to participate in regional meetings, client new business opportunities, industry conferences or tradeshows. Shifox/Alopex employees work Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm EST or according to the business hours of clientsโ€™ practices.

Compensation
