We're hiring a Territory Sales Representative to own and grow a dynamic, multisegment territory acrossNorth & South Carolina. In this remote, fieldbased role, you'll drive revenue by partnering withYMCA, Campus Recreation & Athletics, and Local Governmentcustomers - leading consultative, longcycle sales and positioning us as a trusted, longterm partner.

AsaTerritorySalesRepresentative,youwill:

  • Own and grow a large NC/SC territory across multiple customer segments
  • Spend 3+ days/week in the field building relationships and advancing deals
  • Lead consultative, longcycle sales with multistakeholder groups (executives, boards, municipalities, etc.)
  • Drive new business and expand existing accounts through refresh cycles and longterm planning
  • Partner with architects, designers, and stakeholders on facility planning and equipment solutions
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity with strong discipline

WhatLifeFitness/HammerStrengthislookingforinourTerritorySalesRepresentative:

  • 5+ years in field sales or account management (B2B or solution selling)
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and consultative selling skills
  • Experience managing large territories and competing priorities
  • Comfortable navigating complex, multistakeholder buying environments
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across North and South Carolina

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $52,200 - $71,300 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Charlotte, NC and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength's Sales Incentive Plan with monthly commission eligibility, in addition to base salary. The amount of any commission and bonus varies based on attainment of individual performance goals and other relevant factors, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.This position is eligible to receive a vehicle allowance to offset the costs of using a personal vehicle for business related purposes.This position is eligible to receive a mobile allowance to offset the costs of using a personal cell phone for business related purposes.
