Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee mission-critical federal programs upon contract award. The Deputy Program Manager to support and lead day-to-day program operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuity in the Program Manager's absence. This role focuses on team coordination, performance tracking, reporting, and compliance within a fast-paced federal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Program Manager backup, ensuring uninterrupted program execution
  • Manage daily team coordination, schedules, and action item tracking
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, PMR presentations, and executive briefings
  • Track and report KPIs and SLA metrics (SS-1 to SS-23)
  • Oversee staffing activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and clearance verification
  • Coordinate transition activities aligned with PWS requirements
  • Support quality management processes, including audits and corrective action plans (CAPs)

Skills Required:
  • Must possess an active secret clearance.
  • Strong experience in project/program management, preferably in federal/DoD programs
  • Excellent coordination, scheduling, and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and ServiceNow
  • Solid understanding of KPI tracking, SLA management, and performance reporting
  • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
  • Experience in staffing coordination and security clearance processes
  • Familiarity with quality management frameworks and audit processes
  • Ability to work in classified environments
  • PMP or CAPM certification is required

Preferred Certifications:
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I (Security+, CAP, or equivalent)
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification
  • Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
