We're Hiring: Social Media Manager / Content Creator / Wix Specialist (Remote – Florida Only)

Position Type: Part-Time / Per Diem
Location: Remote (Florida-based candidates only)
Industry: Behavioral Health / ABA Therapy
Company: House of Hearts ABA

About the Role:

House of Hearts ABA is on the lookout for a creative, tech-savvy, and self-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator with a passion for design, storytelling, and digital growth. If you’re someone who loves creating content that actually connects, understands the power of branding, and enjoys working behind the scenes to bring a vision to life—this one's for you.

This is a remote, part-time/per diem position, perfect for someone looking to build their portfolio, sharpen their digital marketing skills, and earn some side cash—all while supporting a mission-driven company making real impact in the lives of children and families.

And here's the best part: there's room to grow. If you're a strong fit, this role has the potential to evolve into a leadership position guiding the entire brand and marketing direction of House of Hearts ABA.

What You'll Do:
  • Design branded, visually engaging content using Canva and AI image tools

  • Create compelling UGC-style content, short-form videos (Reels, TikToks), and longer-form content for platforms like YouTube

  • Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

  • Plan and schedule content with purpose, consistency, and creativity

  • Use AI tools to help with both visual and video creation that matches our voice and mission

  • Maintain and regularly update our Wix website, keeping all pages modern, functional, and on-brand

  • Build and manage SEO-optimized landing pages and blogs that support lead generation and boost organic traffic

  • Implement and maintain on-site SEO strategy (keywords, meta tags, layout, speed, etc.)

  • Collaborate directly with leadership to shape digital strategy and campaign messaging

  • Track analytics and performance data to inform content decisions and report on growth

  • Stay ahead of digital trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For:
  • You live in Florida (this is a remote role, but in-state residency is required)

  • You're a creative thinker, highly organized, and proactive with your time

  • You have solid experience in Canva, basic video editing, and AI-based creative tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, CapCut, etc.)

  • You’re familiar with Wix and can confidently handle design edits, blog updates, landing page creation, and basic SEO

  • You’re fluent in all things social—you understand what works where, and why

  • You're someone who wants to grow with a company and take on more responsibility as we scale

Why This Role Is Special:
  • Flexible hours — work when you’re most creative

  • Great for freelancers, creatives, or marketing students who want to build an impactful portfolio

  • Be part of a fast-growing company with a mission that matters

  • Opportunity to grow into a strategic brand leadership role as the company expands
