Digital Content Strategy Specialist

We’re looking for a Digital Content Strategy Specialist who can lead the creative messaging strategy across paid social, landing pages, and email campaigns. This person will develop content ideas that convert — crafting ad copy, landing page text, and email messaging that all work together to tell one cohesive story.

The ideal candidate blends creativity with data-driven thinking, understands how to speak to faith-based audiences, and knows how to create content that drives clicks, leads, and real results.

This role is hands‑on — you’ll not only develop the messaging strategy but also write the copy for each piece of creative.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop content strategy and messaging direction for paid social campaigns, landing pages, and email sequences
  • Write conversion-focused copy for ads, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages that align with client goals
  • Collaborate with designers and media buyers to ensure copy and visuals align for maximum performance
  • Interpret campaign performance data to refine messaging and creative direction
  • Create and maintain content frameworks, testing strategies, and copy templates
  • Research client audiences to develop tone, angles, and storytelling that resonate
  • Stay up to date with trends in digital advertising, CRO, and direct-response copywriting
Skills and Qualifications Required
