Health Flow Psychological Center is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health care and support to individuals and families navigating a broad spectrum of emotional and psychological challenges.

Health Flow Psychological Center is a community health clinic located in Irving, Texas, dedicated to delivering outstanding outpatient psychiatric care. Our mission is to improve the mental health and overall well-being of our community by offering accessible, evidence-based treatment for various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. As a remote position, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while being a vital part of our dedicated therapeutic team. Our work schedule primarily spans Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility according to patient needs and availability. Using modern technology, you will conduct virtual therapy sessions, participate in case consultations, and engage with team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective interventions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that create a strong sense of community and address common mental health concerns, fostering connections among participants.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, discussing treatment plans and progress regularly.
• Provide urgent crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, helping patients navigate their immediate needs and connect to appropriate resources.
• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, various treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their healing journeys.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient care activities consistent with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education activities to enhance professional growth and clinical skills.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health therapy, integrating new knowledge into practice.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse client population experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and substance use challenges. The ability to connect with and provide culturally competent care to individuals from different backgrounds is essential.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, with a focus on innovative treatment methodologies.
• Experience conducting in-depth mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering both individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build strong therapeutic alliances.
• Strong ethical standards and professional boundaries, demonstrating sound clinical judgment.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technological applications.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience working in community health or outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
