Health Flow Psychological Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapists to join our team as full-time professionals. Work Environment

At Health Flow Psychological Center, our remote work setting provides a unique and flexible working environment. Your home office will be your clinical space, allowing you to conduct sessions and collaborate with colleagues from the comfort of your own setting. We prioritize a work culture characterized by collaboration and professional development, ensuring that you will always feel supported in your role. We operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify each patient’s unique needs, followed by the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver effective individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups aimed at addressing common mental health issues, providing resources, and creating a supportive community among participants.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team atmosphere, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive integrated care.
• Respond to mental health crises with timely intervention and support services, helping clients navigate their emergencies effectively.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment opportunities, and resources within the community to foster self-advocacy.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to enhance patient care and share knowledge.
• Commit to ongoing learning and skill enhancement by staying up-to-date with the latest research in the field of mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse group of clients from various backgrounds and age groups who are seeking support for a range of mental health challenges. The therapy provided is not one-size-fits-all; instead, it is based on thorough assessments and individual needs, ensuring that each patient receives the most effective care possible.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and create effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Experience in delivering therapeutic services to individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Strong ethical judgment with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.
• A collaborative spirit, ready to work closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a diverse background in various therapeutic settings, including outpatient environments and community health clinics, will find themselves well-suited for this role. Familiarity with different therapeutic techniques, as well as crisis intervention experience, will enhance your ability to thrive in our practice.

Compensation and Benefits

Health Flow Psychological Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
