• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate ongoing communication with family members, guardians, and other stakeholders to provide updates on client progress and outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of appointments, home visits, and interactions to encourage accountability and track developments.
• Ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate on cases and enhance service delivery.
• Complete monthly and quarterly progress reports, detailing patients' improvements and setbacks to inform future treatment strategies.
• Organize training sessions for staff members to ensure adherence to program protocols and documentation practices.
• Conduct follow-up interviews and home visits to provide ongoing support and adapt care strategies as needed.
• Serve as a liaison to the wider mental health community, advocating for client needs and engaging in development initiatives.
• Develop training materials and procedures aimed at enhancing program effectiveness and team competency.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth, presenting with various mental health challenges. This includes individuals facing trauma, couples seeking counseling, and those dealing with substance abuse issues. Your expertise will help foster a trusting relationship and facilitate meaningful progress, aligning with our mission to deliver personalized and impactful care.

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Possess an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Tennessee.
• Demonstrate at least two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally in a clinical context.
• Show specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma; this is highly preferred.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to the field.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with a diverse range of clientele.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR software and related digital tools.

Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques is highly desired, as it will facilitate your adaptability to our remote work structure. • Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
