Job description

We're hiring a Remote Senior Financial Analyst in the Cincinnati, Ohio Area!

Transdev is proud to offer:

  • Competitive compensation package of minimum $85,000 – maximum $100,000/ Annually

Benefits include:

  • Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
  • Sick days: 5 days
  • Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare monthly accounting transactions and reports.
  • Responsible for closing contracts by making proper accounting adjustments and analyzing variance to budget.
  • Support VP of Finance with analysis of significant trends within the organization.
  • Publish recurring reports to help highlight areas of concern.
  • Provide financial support and analysis to finance and operations leaders, playing a key role in achieving financial objectives and executing operations strategies.
  • Prepare client invoices in compliance with the client’s contractual requirements.
  • Assist with the annual budget process and the preparation of the bid model/pricing for new business.
  • Provide training to operations teams on financial processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent required. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in finance and or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn additional systems quickly. Knowledge of Oracle/JD Edwards and Hyperion is highly preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company need.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 10%).
  • not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
