• You will develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of your patients, ensuring a continuum of care that engages them in their mental health journey.
• Actively participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, contributing to program enhancements that benefit our patients.
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging evidence-based practices, and facilitating family involvement in the therapeutic process when appropriate.
• Educate patients about recovery strategies, resources, and techniques to foster their resilience and engagement in their healing process.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of clinical productivity and patient interactions, adhering to organizational standards and compliance requirements.

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to children, teenagers, and young adults. You will engage with diverse client backgrounds, including those from various cultural and socio-economic contexts, addressing complex emotional and behavioral needs. Understanding the nuances of working with individuals of faith may also greatly enrich your practice.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active LMFT license is essential for this position.
• A minimum of two years of full-time experience providing direct mental health services to children, teens, or young adults is required.
• Strong collaborative skills, enabling effective teamwork with healthcare professionals, social service providers, and families are crucial.

• Experience working with individuals from faith-based backgrounds is highly desirable.
• Comfortable addressing the needs of male patients across their lifespan.
