• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the varying complexities and needs of patients, ensuring a continuum of care that includes therapeutic and supportive services.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, engage families in the assessment and treatment processes, and offer educational resources that promote recovery and resilience.
• Actively participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives within the program to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Track and maintain accurate records of clinical productivity and patient progress, adhering to all guidelines and protocols established by the organization.
• Contribute to an uplifting and collaborative team culture by participating in regular team meetings and sharing insights on best practices for client care.

In this role, you will work predominantly with children, adolescents, and young adults, addressing a diverse range of mental health issues. Our therapy programs emphasize family involvement, and you will have the opportunity to help families navigate challenges together. We encourage therapists to incorporate culturally relevant practices and trauma-informed care in their approach to ensure all patients receive appropriate support.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Possess an active LMFT license valid in the state of California.
• A minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience providing direct mental health care services to children, teens, or young adults.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community service providers.

• Experience providing therapy in diverse settings with an understanding of various cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with working with individuals of faith and male patients across the lifespan is highly desirable.
