Job description

Marketing at TRACTIAN

TRACTIAN is the operational system for the industrial world. We build hardware-software solutions that give a voice to machines and empower the blue-collar workforce-the infrastructure of our planet. Representing a significant portion of global GDP, these industries-including manufacturing, utilities, and food processing-are often overlooked by Silicon Valley. We are here to change that by digitally transforming their operations at scale.
Working at TRACTIAN means you'll help define the future of industrial maintenance and be on a team that's shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Vibration Monitoring, AI-Assisted Asset Management, and OEE Optimization. As a high-growth company, you'll have the autonomy and support to make a massive impact as we build for the long term, guided by our core principles of Availability at the Core and First Principles Thinking.

What you'll do:

As the North American Growth Lead, you are an operator sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Data, Product, and Sales. Unlike traditional demand marketing, this role is a Growth Engineer focused on building automated systems that eliminate manual work to accelerate funnel velocity. You will own the middle and bottom of the funnel, turning data signals into high-scale growth campaigns to build a self-sustaining innovation flywheel.
The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, and is obsessed with precision. You will work closely with the US and MX Marketing Pods, Sales, and GTM Engineering to ensure our growth program aligns with the Revenue org's initiatives.
Location: Remote-first with a preference for candidates within a commutable distance to our hub in Atlanta.
You should apply if:
  • You are a Low-Code Architect: You are comfortable with tools like Clay and Claude Code to build hyper-targeted audiences and automated outreach.
  • You are Sales Aligned: You understand what Sales teams need and how to partner with SDRs and AEs to make them more effective
  • You think from First Principles: You break problems down to their fundamental truths rather than relying on industry best practices
  • You embody Extreme Ownership: You operate with high accountability and responsiveness to solve critical funnel leaks or launch global campaigns
  • You are grounded in the scientific method: You form a hypothesis based on data, execute the experiment and report back on results and learning

Responsibilities:
  • Build Automated Growth Systems: Connect our growth stack to build hyper-targeted audiences and automated outreach based on intent signals
  • Execute Full-Cycle Campaigns: Hands-on launching and optimizing high-scale motions
  • Drive Lifecycle Automation: Orchestrate the funnel through the customer lifecycle, using product signals to trigger expansion motions
  • Partner with GTM Engineering: Leverage all available tooling and people to automate gifting and outreach that are currently manual
  • Own the Results: Drive measurable impact on Sales Qualified Leads, Pipeline, and ROI
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in growth focused marketing
  • Proven experience in data engineering and workflow automation, specifically as a power user of the growth stack, Clay, and AI-agentic tooling
  • Scientific experimentation mindset with an iterative approach to problem-solving and technical troubleshooting
  • Obsessive attention to detail in data strategy and audience building
  • Strong alignment with leadership principles, including availability, first-principles thinking, and a deep obsession with customer success
  • Results-oriented mindset with a high bias for action and accountability for hitting aggressive revenue goals
Compensation

Competitive Salary
Premium Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage
Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 Days
401(k) Retirement Plan
Language Learning Opportunities - Take advantage of optional, fully funded Portuguese or Spanish courses to enhance your skills and global reach.
Gympass Membership - Access a wide range of gyms and training programs.
Sports Incentive - Receive a monthly bonus when you regularly participate in physical activities.
Long-Term Benefit - After four years of service, earn a fully funded trip anywhere in the world.
