As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing client well-being and organizational efficiency:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, medication management plans, and behavioral guidelines.
• Document client interactions and progress comprehensively, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining timely records.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools as provided by our clinical team to ensure effective treatment methodologies are utilized.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, engaging in regular feedback loops to refine approaches.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining readiness per industry standards.
• Act as a liaison, establishing and nurturing relationships with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the mission of CenCal Mental Health Clinic while promoting contract standards.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local and federal agencies to enhance service offerings and discover new opportunities for collaboration and funding.
• Dedicate time for personal and professional development, including attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings to expand expertise.
• Champion the agency’s mission, values, and principles consistently in all interactions.
• Assist the Clinic Director with additional responsibilities as required.

Your work will significantly impact a diverse population encompassing individuals with varying needs, including those experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and complex behavioral concerns. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Active and independent LPCC licensure.
