About the Role
Location: New York City (Hybrid office/remote schedule)
Compensation: $150K base + commission with a 50:50 split at 100% of goal + accelerators + equity + benefits (This range is reflective of level of contribution. Candidates who fully match what we're looking for in this role will be at the top of the range.)
About the Role
As a Straetgic Account Executive, you'll be on the front lines of revenue growth. Your mission? Engage with high-potential prospective customers to keep fueling our new business efforts. You will be working to expand relationships with some of our largest clients as well as landing new strategic logos to broaden our client portfolio profile. You'll have meaningful conversations, demo products, and navigate decision processes with buy-side firms.
What You'll Do
  • Drive new business by hunting, qualifying, developing relationships and closing net-new opportunities with both senior and executive-level buy side contacts that influence decisions and interact with their evaluation teams.
  • Maintain account records in Salesforce to measure performance and identify where we can be most efficient towards winning.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to relay client feedback for product improvement, sales efficiency, and sales strategies.
  • Become a product expert in Daloopa and the investment research industry.

Who You Are
  • 2+ years in a closing role with institutional investor financial institutions; i.e. buyside (hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, etc)
  • Ability to identify who will be part of the buying process, solve complex problems, and sell on value
  • Strong communication skills and a curious, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage high-profile fund managers and analysts alike
  • Creative thinker who works independently but can also collaborate heavily across teams
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial start-up environment
