This role will work closely with Zinier's Co-Founder and CEO and exective team on some of the most important strategic initiatives across the company.

You will work across the entire business, from product, commercial, technology, services to operational transformation, gaining a front-row seat to how a global B2B PaaS company scales.

What the role offers

You will partner closely with Global Chief Transformation Officer, our Co-Founder and CEO on enhancing their effectiveness by managing key initiatives, facilitating internal communication, and aligning organizational priorities. Specifically, 

  • Driving Efficiency: Support the development of company-wide metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to drive efficiency.  Drive company objectives and tracking KPIs to measure performance. Coordinate cross-team initiatives and ensure key leadership priorities are executed effectively.
  • Lead Transformational Projects: Lead special projects from concept through execution in a fast-moving startup environment. Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to drive strategic initiatives forward
  • Opportunity Analysis:  Analyze operational and business data to identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability. Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions that improve execution and team alignment
  • Decision Making and Communication: Drive efficiency in key leadership meetings through effective prioritization of business and operational imperatives. Support the preparation of strategic presentations, internal reviews, and leadership updates. 
What you'll bring to the role
  • MBA with 37 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, chief of staff or similarly analytical roles. 
  • Experience working with B2B enterprise software, or high-growth technology companies is strongly preferred. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to drive clarity with effective communication and trust building.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to understand context and priorities, build key proposals for fast paced decision making.
  • Ability to facilitate communication across the organization, understanding the soft aspects of the role.
