Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in driving Dewpoint's revenue growth by generating, attracting, and qualifying high-value sales leads. With a focus on proactive demand creation, the BDR leverages AI-powered tools, predictive analytics, and digital engagement strategies to identify and nurture opportunities that align with Dewpoint's strategic goals.

Outbound Campaign Execution Collaborating with Marketing, Business Development leadership, and strategic partners to design and execute targeted campaigns using AI-driven segmentation, social media analytics, and automation platforms to generate demand and expand market reach.

The ultimate objective is to consistently add to the sales pipeline with qualified leads that accelerate conversion and support Dewpoint's growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI and data intelligence platforms to monitor industry trends and identify high-potential accounts.
  • Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo, Salesforce, and social media automation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop campaign strategies, content, and performance metrics.
  • Engage directly with prospects to build relationships, qualify opportunities, and position Dewpoint's value proposition.
  • Maintain and optimize lead tracking systems, ensuring accurate data capture and seamless handoff to Account Executives.
  • Research and recommend strategic events and digital forums to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor and contribute to social media platforms to amplify campaign reach and identify engagement opportunities.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and market shifts to inform sales strategy and messaging.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-3+ years in IT-related sales or marketing.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce, Apollo, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigation and AI-driven sales enablement tools.
  • Understanding of IT service industry including infrastructure, project management, cloud, applications, etc.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and digital marketing skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and online engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
