At Honest Abe Roofing, we're looking for a Director of Franchise Development to help grow one of the nation's most respected roofing franchise brands.

This is more than a sales role. You'll identify, recruit, and guide exceptional entrepreneurs through the franchise development process while protecting the longโ€‘term integrity of our brand. We aren't looking for someone who can simply close dealsโ€”we are looking for someone who can recognize outstanding business owners.

What You'll Do
  • Manage candidates from initial inquiry through franchise award.
  • Conduct qualification, discovery, and business planning conversations.
  • Present the Honest Abe Roofing franchise opportunity.
  • Evaluate financial readiness, leadership ability, and ownership potential.
  • Coordinate Discovery Day and executive meetings.
  • Build relationships with franchise brokers and referral partners.
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with consistent followโ€‘up.
  • Protect the brand by identifying candidates who align with our culture, values, and operating system.
  • Represent Honest Abe Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and confidence.

Compensation:
  • Competitive base salary
  • Uncapped commission

Compensation: $65,000โ€“$80,000 annually, plus uncapped commission and performance incentives.

Location:

Remote within the United States. Preference may be given to candidates located in or willing to relocate to Terre Haute, Indiana. Periodic travel to company headquarters, Discovery Days, conferences, and franchise events is expected.

Flexible work from home options available.
