Job description

Summary


As a Business Development Representative at PACE, you’ll help drive new business by booking qualified meetings for our Advisors. This is a high-activity, outbound role for people who are motivated, goal‑driven, and eager to build a long-term sales career.


You’ll build your pipeline through strategic outreach, consistent follow-up, and strong execution, with training, coaching, and leadership support behind you.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business by making outbound calls to qualified prospects using leads provided by PACE
  • Operate in a outbound environment, with daily call expectations and performance targets. 
  • Generate interest, uncover decision-making criteria, and book qualified meetings for our Advisors
  • Learn to identify key details about a prospect’s benefits landscape; group size, renewal dates, current carriers and use that info to strengthen the sales funnel
  • Build relationships with decision-makers through strategic outreach and professional follow-ups
  • Consistently achieve weekly activity and meeting benchmarks with the support of coaching and sales leadership 
  • Keep your pipeline and activity clean and organized using our CRM system


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of sales experience with proven results 
  • Experience with outbound calling, prospecting or appointment setting 
  • Comfortable with daily outbound calls and working toward performance metrics 
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • A self-starter who’s organized, goal-driven, and coachable
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
