Overview
Supports a variety of activities including, but not limited to, incentives, SPP Objectives, and programs. Acts as liaison between commercial, trade development, operations, or any other departments to ensure alignment of forecast and fulfillment.
Section Title: Primary Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
• Provide market level reporting for the Fifth Generation portfolio (Tito's and Lalo) in Washington State and Arizona
• This role will directly support market leadership, Fifth Generation market level trade development resources and the SDM Dedicated Chain and Supplier Resources
• Evalute chain programs to assess effectiveness
• Log incentive parameters by meeting with trade partners or suppliers to establish and document the specifics of incentive programs, including brands, target audience, performance metrics, and time periods
• Review and approve incentive parameters, ensuring any adjustments receive approval from leadership, trade partners, and/or suppliers before entry into the goaling tool
• Enter incentive goaling criteria into a goaling tool to set incentive goals
• Track ongoing incentive attainment by developing reporting (e.g., Exec Summary, Leaderboard, etc.)
• Track ongoing incentive attainment and monitor progress
• Create final recap of incentive results, including payout calculations
• Provide final incentive recap to leadership/supplier for payout approval
• Consolidate and send all approved incentive recaps to payroll
• Review all approved incentive recaps and chargeback supplier (if supplier funded)
• Send approved payout to payroll
• Serve as point of contact for questions regarding sales performance models
• Plan monthly SPP objectives by determining objectives for each RTM Goal Segment in line with Goal Strategy and ensure supplier contractual quotas are met
• Enter SPP objective criteria into goaling tool
• Track ongoing SPP objective attainment using existing SPP Dashboard and other tools (e.g., SPP Management Report, EOM Recap, etc.) and maintain secondary excel files for leadership
• Develop and track sales performance goals and attainment for national programs
• Point of contact for purchase order inquiries
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in ETAs, past due ETAs, and back-order items
• Collaborate with supply chain, trade development, and sales to resolve supply constraints
• Review reports and logs to ensure back-order and out of stock are ordered and ETAs are updated on purchase orders
• Support commercial forecasting activities including adjustments due to supply constraints or other factors toimprove forecast accuracy and customer service levels
• Commercial support and communication point of contact for supplemental orders, item status, inventory allocation, and inventory performance reporting and updates
Additional Primary Responsibilities
• Role will be expected to work primarily during West Coast business hours as it will directly support the Fifth Generation business in both Washington State and Arizona
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 or more years of relevant analytical, and/or commercial work, consulting, project management experience is required
• Work experience in a data intensive position using Microsoft Excel
• Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
• Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed
• Critical nature of this job may require extended hours, overtime, and weekends
