The Renewed Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for clients, developing individual treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and facilitate follow-up assessments to effectively monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external service providers to ensure comprehensive treatment delivery and coordinated care.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on addressing presenting issues and enhancing client capabilities.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing timely support and guidance to clients in distress.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development through training, committee work, and agency initiatives aimed at quality improvement.
• Provide on-call coverage during both program and after-hours as required, ensuring clients have access to critical support.

In this role, you will primarily support clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and other severe emotional issues. Our clientele may include individuals from varied backgrounds, including those who are uninsured and underserved. This role requires sensitivity to the cultural and socio-economic factors influencing their mental health, ensuring that treatments are both respectful and effective.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management specific to mental health disorders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on building trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities to efficiently manage a caseload.

• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience in a social work or mental health setting.
• Experience working in a community health environment or with underserved populations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, focusing on client-centered outcomes.

We offer a generous annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
