Job Summary

This remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker role focuses on providing consistent, high-quality therapy to clients who need professional support with mental health, emotional wellness, and everyday life stressors.

As an LCSW, your work will center on listening carefully, assessing client needs, building practical treatment plans, and helping clients move through difficult seasons with professional guidance. Sessions are provided through telehealth, giving you the ability to serve clients in a focused, structured, and accessible setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients located in Florida
  • Assess client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and support systems
  • Develop care plans that are realistic, measurable, and clinically appropriate
  • Help clients work through challenges related to mood, stress, family issues, grief, trauma, and adjustment concerns
  • Document session notes, treatment updates, and clinical decisions accurately

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
