Remote Broadcasting information

What is remote broadcasting?

A Remote Broadcasting job involves managing live or recorded broadcasts from a location outside of a traditional studio. This can include setting up and operating audio and video equipment, maintaining a stable connection, and troubleshooting technical issues. Remote broadcasters work in various industries, such as radio, television, and live streaming, to ensure high-quality transmissions. Strong technical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in remote broadcasting?

To thrive in Remote Broadcasting, you need expertise in audio-visual production, live streaming technology, content creation, and broadcast journalism, often supported by a degree in communications or a related field. Familiarity with broadcasting software (such as OBS Studio or vMix), high-speed internet, and remote collaboration platforms is typically required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and on-air talent are crucial soft skills. These competencies ensure smooth, high-quality broadcasts and effective teamwork in a remote setting.

What are the typical challenges faced in remote broadcasting and how can they be managed?

Common challenges in remote broadcasting include managing technical difficulties, ensuring reliable internet connectivity, and coordinating seamlessly with team members located in different places. To handle these, it’s important to have backup systems, a thorough understanding of troubleshooting audio-visual equipment, and clear communication channels with producers and other staff. Staying organized and routinely testing all technology before live events can help minimize disruptions. Additionally, being proactive and adaptable helps remote broadcasters maintain broadcast quality and meet deadlines consistently. Most teams provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed in this dynamic work environment.

Job description

Enumerate is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, develop new business opportunities, and help customers find the right solutions for their needs. This role is ideal for someone who combines a consultative sales approach with strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.

The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality and possess strong closing skills. This role is a perfect fit for an experienced B2B SaaS salesperson (experience in property tech or real estate is a plus!). This is a remote role with an estimated 5% travel. All candidates should be located in the United States

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and qualification through presentations, negotiation, contracting, and close.

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within both prospective and existing accounts.

  • Introduce customers to new products and services, uncovering additional applications and opportunities that deliver value.

  • Schedule and lead discovery meetings to understand account requirements and determine the best path forward.

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.

  • Clearly communicate the value, capabilities, and benefits of our products and services.

  • Prepare proposals and contracts and guide prospects through the decision-making process to successfully close business.

  • Identify and prioritize sales and marketing opportunities based on account qualification and potential.

  • Partner with Customer Success throughout client migrations to help ensure a smooth transition and strong customer experience.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success to align outreach, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate, timely records of prospect and customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity in the CRM.

  • Mentor SDRs by sharing sales best practices, providing guidance, and supporting their professional development.

  • Consistently demonstrate and embody our "Being TOPS" values in interactions with customers, prospects, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working as an Account Executive in the B2B SaaS, property tech or real estate industries
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold calling experience

Compensation for this role is a base + commission model. Base compensation is $85,000.
