Job description

The ScreenConnect Sales Executive isresponsible fortheentire sales cycle for Remote Support & Privilege Accessproductstargeting IT & Support teams.This role focusses onacquiringnew customersthrough consultative,value drivensales motions.You willbe responsible forprospecting, discovery,demosand pipeline management to drive acquisitionand upsellfor ConnectWiseto surpass monthly targets. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability torunrepeatable GTM campaigns toprospectintonew accounts and Distribution partnerstoestablishrelationships withbuyer personas within our Ideal Customer Profileand target markets
  • Consultative selling by qualifying prospective accountsand solving pain pointsto build andmaintaina pipeline
  • Excellent presentationand communicationskillsincludingwebinars, writtenpresentationand event attendanceto mature pipeline
  • Strong sales fundamentals; discovery, buyer management, ROI storytelling, objection handling
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders through sales cycles whilst protecting margin
  • Follows the sales forecast process to manage pipeline and exceedmonthlyand annual sales targets

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required

  • 4+ years of software sales experiencewithtrack recordin over-achieving sales targets
  • Results drivenand personablewho can roll up sleeves to build relationships externally and internallyat both champion and decision maker levels  
  • Track record of delivering selling direct and via resellers  
  • Proven in applying Sales frameworks (we use MEDDIC & BANT)
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to use data to manage pipeline
  • Strong attention to detail innegotiating and protecting margin whilst balancing customer needs 
  • Knowledgeof Remote Support or Privilege Access markets are a plus

Working Conditions

  • Onsite/Remote/Hybrid depending on location
