About the Organization

At Brightpath Treatment & Health Counseling Services, we are committed to making quality mental healthcare accessible and compassionate. We emphasize a holistic approach that includes therapy, coaching, medication management, support groups, and self-care resources. • Offering ongoing support and adjusting treatment methods as needed, demonstrating flexibility in therapeutic approaches based on client feedback.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
  • Engaging in professional development by attending training and workshops relevant to mental health and teletherapy practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will support a diverse range of clients seeking detoxification services and mental health support. This includes individuals struggling with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. By tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, you play a vital role in their journey toward recovery and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

  • A clean professional record free of any disciplinary actions.
  • A valid license to practice as an LCSW in Oregon or the ability to obtain one.
  • Proven experience providing telehealth services and counseling in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of mental health conditions and best practices for therapeutic interventions.
Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with the following experiences are highly encouraged to apply:

  • Previous work in an outpatient community mental health setting.
  • Familiarity with integrated treatment approaches, including medication management and holistic health strategies.
  • Expertise in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for case documentation and management.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a benefits package that includes:

  • The convenience of working from home, eliminating daily commutes and enhancing work-life balance.
  • A flexible schedule that allows for personalized work hours.
  • Professional development assistance to support your ongoing growth and education in the field.
  • Paid time off and sick leave to promote your well-being and prevent burnout.
