As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Brightpath, your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting thorough assessments by asking questions and actively listening to clients, facilitating exploration of their thoughts and emotions.
• Providing counseling sessions that address the personal issues and mental health challenges faced by clients, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Creating and implementing comprehensive clinical case management strategies tailored to each client's individual needs.
• Diagnosing mental health conditions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with clients to set achievable goals.
• Offering ongoing support and adjusting treatment methods as needed, demonstrating flexibility in therapeutic approaches based on client feedback.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
• Engaging in professional development by attending training and workshops relevant to mental health and teletherapy practices.

In this position, you will support a diverse range of clients seeking detoxification services and mental health support. This includes individuals struggling with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. By tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, you play a vital role in their journey toward recovery and emotional well-being.

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
• A clean professional record free of any disciplinary actions.
• A valid license to practice as an LCSW in Oregon or the ability to obtain one.
• Proven experience providing telehealth services and counseling in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of mental health conditions and best practices for therapeutic interventions.

While not required, candidates with the following experiences are highly encouraged to apply:

• Previous work in an outpatient community mental health setting.
• Familiarity with integrated treatment approaches, including medication management and holistic health strategies.
• Expertise in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for case documentation and management.
