• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine mental health status, diagnosis, and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a range of counseling techniques to help clients navigate their challenges.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, when specialized intervention is required.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use issues, and eating disorders. Our client base spans different age groups, backgrounds, and cultural contexts, providing you with a rich tapestry of experiences to draw upon in delivering culturally sensitive care.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid mental health license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to provide therapy that is culturally responsive and inclusive.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in EHR systems and various computer applications relevant to telehealth practices.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy is highly desirable.
• Ability to implement crisis intervention techniques effectively and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
• Previous involvement with multidisciplinary teams and collaboration with other healthcare providers.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
