Senior Project Manager – Commercial Glass & Glazing

A rapidly growing and highly respected commercial glass and glazing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from award through closeout. This organization has built a strong reputation by successfully executing technically challenging commercial projects that many competitors avoid.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced glazing professional who wants to work with a collaborative leadership team, manage impactful projects, and enjoy the flexibility of a remote-friendly environment.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will assume responsibility for commercial glazing projects after award and manage all aspects of project execution, including contract review, submittals, procurement, scheduling, change orders, and closeout activities.

This role works closely with estimating, operations, fabrication, field leadership, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from handoff through completion

  • Review contracts and identify project risks

  • Coordinate submittals and approvals

  • Oversee material procurement and fabrication schedules

  • Manage project timelines and milestones

  • Process RFIs and change orders

  • Coordinate with field operations and installation teams

  • Attend client and contractor meetings as required

  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and profitability

  • Ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Required

  • Commercial Glass & Glazing Project Management experience

  • Strong understanding of storefront, curtain wall, and glazing systems

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract administration

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative

Preferred

  • Government project experience
