This position will be worked primarily remote.  Candidate must work EST business hours. **

NOTE:
While the role can be fully remote, LOCAL candidates who would have the ability to be in the office in the rare case a need would arise would be IDEAL and would be given preference. NOTE: The client will not cover any related travel costs for the candidate to travel onsite.
 
This position can be a fully remote position, HOWEVER, client only wants candidates located in the same Eastern Time Zone submitted for the position due to challenges they have had with candidates working from other time zones in the past.
 
Candidates MUST have a technical project management background, managing application and data migration projects specifically in a Care Case Management environment (for example: patient care/case management, health & human services environment, hospital environment, etc.) that includes experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements, and experience with electronic health records (EHR), electronic medical records (EMR), patient case management, and claims processing
 
Exceptional communication skills are required for this role.
 
Our direct client has an opening for a Sr Project Manager w/ Case Care Management Exp (EHR/EMR) position # 757931.  This position is for 18+ months, with option of extension, and will be worked remotely.  Candidate must work EST business hours.

Job Details: 
  • The client requires an experienced Project Manager to lead their Care Case Management workstream of application and data migration projects.
  • Candidates must have a technical project management background working specifically in a Care Case Management environment (social work environment, patient care/case management environment, health & human services environment, hospital environment, etc.) that includes experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements and includes experience with electronic health records (EHR), electronic medical records (EMR), patient case management, and claims processing.
  • Candidates must have experience managing application and data migration projects, specifically with experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, end-user communication, subject matter expert interaction, management, running meetings, testing and test preparation.
  • Candidate should have 5+ years' experience working as part of an enterprise PMO with exposure to standard program and project tools, metrics, creating dashboards, project schedules, status reports, meetings agendas, etc.
  • Candidate should have a blend of communication, IT, budget and reporting skills.
  • Communicate and facilitate consensus among stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear, specific and respectful oral and written communications to business owners, IT program team members and management.
  • Good understanding on IT, HR, Finance functional processes and transformation in general.
  • Excellent skills with PowerPoint, Excel and analytical approach.
  • Ability to work and team with people across functions, sectors, locations.
  • Good analytical, judgement, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure ability to deliver work-products of the highest quality and overcome risk and issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Technology driven change management experience.
 
Required/Desired Skills:
  • Project Manager/Workstream Lead experience - Required - 15 Years.
  • Project Management experience in a Care Case Management-related environment - Required.
  • PM experience working with Application and Data Migration projects, specifically - Required.
